Digital Flower Trials 2021

After 2020, the Flower Trials 2021 will also fall victim to the pandemic. Initially, a contact event was planned, which had to be converted into a digital event on 31 March 2021.
Of course, nothing can replace the direct conversation with the growers and the visual impression of the plants. Nevertheless, Fleuroselect as the organiser of the Flower Trials did a great job again in 2021.
A total of 60 breeding companies take part and present their novelties. This ranges from innovative strawberry varieties to the next generation of tuberous begonias and pac® Potatoo. RiPlant is the communication partner and concept developer of Potatoo, a selection of potatoes that are particularly suitable for private cultivation and originate from cuttings propagation.

The way of communication will also be very exciting during the next weeks and allows the comfortable "LIVE participation" via "Flower Trials Studio". At several times and from different farms there will be a 1 ½ hour livestream each time. The first edition took place on 18.05.2021 from the Syngenta farm in Andijk. Gerard Werink and Sally van der Horst presented the developments at Syngenta to the more than 100 online listeners.
