Team members introduce themselves

At RiPlant we started to develop 'Plants for People'. People should be happy with plants and see them as enrichment. We are dealing with all people, 'along the value chain'. From the breeder to the producer to the retailer and consumer. Everyone will, depending on their position in the supply chain, define the word ‘enrichment’ differently.
To reach our goal, we also rely on people! With this blog post we start a small series in which we introduce our team members more in detail.
It starts with Robert Wacker! As a trained gardener specializing in ornamental plants, he started in 1980. The industry has not left him until today and we are delighted that he is enthusiastically involved in the goals of RiPlant.
Robert has worked as a gardener after his apprenticeship and was at the Technical College in Würzburg-Veitshöchheim from 1985 to 1987. To this day, he is proud to have been a student of a great innovator of German ornamental plant industry - Dr. Peter Reimherr.
After years of interior landscaping and plant production, he joined the Green Marketing in 1998. In many countries around the world, the enthusiastic frequent flyer was allowed to plan and implement marketing projects. Whether it was about new brands in South Africa or complex loyalty programs in Australia - Robert has always been and always has a strong commitment.
Now his passion for RiPlant and the opportunity to turn the supply chain "upside down" with Richard Petri and his team.
