Rare forest elephants and forest buffaloes stroll at the beaches and at night thousands of sea turtle are visiting the beaches for laying their eggs. On a closer look though, I discovered also in Gabon the signs of modern civilization. It is kind of depressing seeing all the plastic waste thrown from the ocean onto the beaches polluted likely from other countries or even continents. Gabon itself is only thinly populated with a meagre 2 Mio people. It is time to change. My cooperation with BayPack GmbH is just right to develop jointly packagings for flowers and plants in order to replace plastic with sustainable rawmaterials from card boxes.
